I employed Daniel Olechno, http://www.thewoodenfloorspecialist.co.uk/ to lay a new floor for me and he did an awful job. The boards he used flex when you tread on them because they are very low quality ones and far too thin. Unfortunately, Daniel thinks that his margins aren't good enough so feels he needs to make a bit more money by using poor quality boards. I had another flooring person round to see if the floor could be saved and apparently Daniel is renowned for ripping people off. He's cost me £1440. Avoid at all costs.
